Power outages caused the fan in my heat exchange furnace to fail. Plumb Rite technician who'd purged my water heater recommended Bill's. I called on a Friday evening, had a VM within an hour, and, in spite of the heavy workload with recent power outages, had a technician in to replace the capacitor, thus fixing the fan, within 10 days.
Bill's Superheat staff is very responsive. They value me, as their customer, enough to communicate promptly whenever there is a hiccup in their schedule. I am not left wondering if they are going to show up. When the work is done, it is done well.
