The technician showed up on time, wore coverings over his work boots. We he finished he reviewed what he did, what he found and took time to answer our question's and address our concerns. He was at all times friendly, courteous and professional. Bill's Superheat is consistently like this every year.

Marie in the office was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Andrew arrived on time for the appointment and was nice, knowledgeable, and explained things in an easy to understand way. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service that I received from Bill's Superheat. And I felt that the prices were reasonable.

Bills Superheat came out and did the annual maintenance. They did a thorough job and even did some additional work that will help me out this coming winter. Above and beyond service!
