The technician showed up on time, wore coverings over his work boots. We he finished he reviewed what he did, what he found and took time to answer our question's and address our concerns. He was at all times friendly, courteous and professional. Bill's Superheat is consistently like this every year.

Tyler and Brad did great work under tight time constraints, replacing a heat pump and three minisplits in a little over a day during a busy week in August. In addition, they walked us through the key parts of the installation and new system. We have always had good experiences with Bill's Super Heat and this was no exception.
