Showed up within minutes of estimated arrival. Very pleasant service man. Found a part that needed replacement, explained it's function and asked if I wanted to replace now or wait. He did have replacement part on truck.

They called to inform us they had a cancelation and could get to us much earlier then we were originally scheduled (days earlier actually). Tech showed up, did a stellar job and talked me through everything about our particular stove, fantastic customer service experience, highly recommend!!!
