I was very pleased with the annual maintenance visit for my heating, A/C, and gas fireplace systems. As the new owner of this residence, the technician, Jacob, was great in explaining the systems and setting me up with the TRANE app so I can see the status of the units on my phone. I feel the price was reasonable given the amount of time the technician spent. The entire process from scheduling the appointment, the site visit, and the follow-up paper work was very professional.

Oh my goodness... Bill's Superheat is a life saver! I had three hvac units that needed fixing/replacing and everyone from Lydia in the office, Bill, Devan, Evan, Tyler and Alex were so professional! They fixed two units and replaced my dead one within a couple of weeks, all within my budget. These guys are totally amazing and I am absolutely thrilled with the work and their professionalism. I really appreciate the incredibly positive and seamless coordination I had last night and today from Bill's Super Heat to get my air-conditioning back up and running.

Late last night, I noticed a noise coming from my outdoor air-conditioning unit that sounded like the fan blades were making contact with an object or surface. I turned the unit off to address the issue in the morning.

However, during the night, knowing the next few days were going to be extremely hot, I was really hoping to get service as soon as possible once the business opened. Around 3 a.m., I called to leave a message—and to my surprise, just two minutes later, a very friendly technician, Spencer, returned my call. We decided the service could be scheduled once business opened. Thank you, Spencer, and I'm so sorry to have awakened you!!!

That morning, I spoke with Lisa who immediately put me in touch with Marie who dispatched a technician, Devin, who showed up mid-morning and fixed all issues, explained what likely happened and future actions to take to keep the unit in top condition.

I'm genuinely impressed by the seamless communication, smooth transitions between team members, and the high level of skill each person brought to the job.

The way this team communicates, follows through, and gets the job done is simply outstanding. I'm so glad I purchased this unit from Bill's to get this kind of professional and personal service.
