Devin was fantastic! Came out, answered all my questions, walked me through the system and assured me it was running well and setup properly. Will definitely be using them as my yearly HVAC checkup company.
When my furnace became erratic, I called Bill's Superheat on a Wednesday and got a service appointment for the very next Monday. I was pleased to find that they were that busy. My appointment window was set for between 3:30 to 4:00 PM; however, I got a call from the service technician a few minutes before 3:00 that he was running ahead of schedule and he arrived at 3:00.
My service technician, Devin, went right to work. He quickly proved that he knew his way around my ICP brand furnace. He cleaned, adjusted, tested and confirmed the furnace's operation. Besides demonstrating his knowledge and technical abilities, Devin was quite personable and professional. I decided to commit to a yearly maintenance program to avoid future furnace malfunctions. I was pleased that the fees were so reasonable. The company stands behind their work which is reassuring. I feel comfortable that my furnace future will be worry free.

They technician showed up promptly and assured me my furnace is in good shape. He change the filter and repaired a wiring issue without being asked. I am confident my furnace will work well this winter after such a through check
