I had an amazing experience with Spencer and Bill's Superheat! The office person was professional and easy to deal with. I had to reschedule my appointment the day before the service and they made it very easy. They communicated via text and email with reminders about the appointment the day before the service and a text when Spencer was on his way to my house. Spencer's customer service was top notch. I instantly felt like he knew what he was doing and he was going to get my system taken care of. He mentioned how much he liked working for this company. I signed up for yearly service with them knowing I am in good hands. I highly recommend.
Thank you, Bill's Superheat! You did a great job installing my minisplits. I was so impressed with your team (Josh, Tyler, Bret and Patrick). They were prompt and on time. They cleaned up afterwards and explained everthing that I needed to know. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a heater that lasted 22 years replaced before it could have likely failed at the worst time. Josh R. and Tyler showed up ready to roll right on time and had a new system in and running like a top in under 4 hours, it was impressive to watch. They left the room spotless and were off!
