What a great service experience! Scheduling was a breeze, so friendly and accommodating. I loved the email and text reminders and Devin showed up exactly when I expected him. He was extremely personable and his knowledge about my ancient beast of a furnace was impressive. I appreciated how thorough he was as he checked the entire system. Given the age of the furnace it was reassuring to learn that it's in surprisingly good condition, which is a testament to the importance of annual maintenance and cleaning so signing up for a yearly service plan was a no brainer! Devin also gave me great advice about what to consider for other future maintenance and eventual upgrade of my system, all without making me feel the least bit pressured. Going into the fall and winter when the temps outside begin to drop, I have peace of mind knowing that my family will be safe and warm. Thank you!!!

Devin was here to do the mainenance on our heating and cooling units. He was so helpful in explaining everything and went above and beyond installing a mister that I bought but I didnt know how to attach to the ducting. We have been using Bill's Superheat for years. Everyone has been great to work with.
