Rocky, came out and serviced the boiler for my heating system, he was prompt and professional about the job. Would recommend giving them a call for your heating needs.
Lisa in the office was great at coordinating appointments and technician Spencer was excellent and thorough, knowledgeable and punctual. And competitive pricing. Good follow up paperwork. Very happy with the service.
Brian the tech was very thorough and allowed me to ask questions while working and Lisa the office manager gave good customer service when we ran into a pricing issue and I appreciate the service I got from both of them:)
When we had a problem they came right out and fixed it fir us. They are always friendly and very fair! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Bill's Superheat has been very helpful with my HVAC needs. For example, twice they've come to my house for same-day service when my heating or AC went out. And a live person actually answers their phone! I highly recommend them.
At first I thought this company was expensive, but then I realized they came within two days of my call to fix our mini split, and during the summer that is amazingly quick! Spencer was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the system and was very prompt and courteous… I would definitely use them again.
