Our a/c went out just as company arrived. Everyone else was one to two weeks out. Bill's got us an early morning appointment in just about four days. The tech was prompt and professional. I was also "pleased " with the cost.

I haven't actually used Bills Superheat yet but I will be. The owner of the company is a customer of mine and is one of the kindest and most positive people I've ever met. The way he talks about his customers and his employees shows how much he cares. It tells me this is one of the best companies in the area.
