We are extremely pleased with the prompt service we received. Intermittently our furnace would not turn off at set temperature and Brian came out to assess the situation. His explanation and evaluation was appreciated. When we called the next day, Bill answered the phone and we discussed the place to begin was a new thermostat. Within an hour two technicians were at our house ~ thank you for the service!
Office staff Cheryl was great to deal with and very good on communication and explanation of the special and the services. Nathan our technician did a great job of testing equipment checking things over and installing a new part in an efficient and professional manner.

On a weekend day in the morning when I got off night shift. I realized my furnace was not working. I was not yet a customer. But nonetheless I received an immediate call back after I left a message asking if he could help. I had contacted other companies that were unable to assist. Bill immediately came over and got my furnace running in less than an hour. He was very professional and informative. We just purchased and moved into this house a couple of months prior. I had not even signed up with a company for maintenance yet. I feel so fortunate to have found Bill's Superheat. And plan on using them in the future.
