Excellent and efficient service from Bill's Superheat! Our furnace went out during a cold snap, they were able to install a new furnace within a few days and we were back up and running. Also great follow up and friendly Techs with their scheduled maintenance plan. Thank you!

Bill's Super Heat designed and installed our HVAC system in the new KGEZ building on 1st Avenue East. The system runs so smoothly that we aren't even aware of it...except that, year-round, we're comfortable. Their twice-a-year service is thorough and professional and the final element in keeping us healthy and comfortable.
The staff at Bill's did a temporary fix that enabled us to have heat while waiting for parts. They contacted us several times to inform us of our time table. When parts were available they communicated every step of the process. Installation was quick and professional.
Immediate response to our problem Lisa and Nathan were very helpful and informative. It is so great to call and get people who care and want to make sure your problem is solved. Thanks!!!!
Bill's were one of the few places that when we initially contacted them didn't have a super long wait as our AC was down in the summer. Since they have been helpful troubleshooting our defective furnace and have been responsive to our issue. Would highly recommend using Bill's for any service or installation.
Good service, but supply chain issues have delayed parts.
