The short and sweet: Our home central air system needed to be replaced. From start to finish, Bill and his team are as good as they get. They truly set the standard for communication and work flow. 12 out of 10.

Customer service was amazing right when they answer the phone. Heater wasn't working and since they couldn't come out that day (called right before closing) they offered to provide us space heaters for the night. Nate was great when he came earlier in the morning to access the situation and fix the issue. Would recommend to everyone

Bill was very professional and responsive to making sure we received the right part in a timely manner. He did a great job and also interacted well with our Labrador puppy which made the experience that much better.

Beyond pleased. Professional but more importantly friendly and exceptional service.

Awesome

During the most recent cold front, my heat stopped working and I called everyplace I could find online. Bill answered personally - provided advice on how to fix - did a FaceTime with me to ensure I was looking at the correct equipment and then when it did not fix the problem came out that afternoon. Ultimately, ordered a replacement sensor, called when it was ready and then had it installed all at a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Six monthly service on our mini-split heat pump performed thoroughly, on time and with a friendly manneer.

Bill, and his team are the right people for the job! Like every service in the valley Bill's Superheat is extremely busy. Yet they provide great reliable and cost effective service. Appreciate the entire team and the solid work ethic. No one would go wrong allowing Bill's Superheat to install a new HVAC system or service what you currently have.

Awesome company!

Awoke one December morning to find my gas forced air furnace would not run. Called Bill's Superheat for help. It was during a very cold spell and I was not the only poor person with heating issues. Technician Brian Cox got to my house early in the afternoon. Determining the cause of system failure wasn't easy or straightforward, but Brian spent the requisite time troubleshooting the situation, identified the problem, and implemented the fix. When he left, the furnace was up and running, and it continued to heat the house when temperatures hit 26 below zero the next day. I appreciate knowing that competent help is just a phone call away at Bill's Supreheat!
