i just got a new installation on my house. From start to finish it was perfect. if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mike (sales) was amazing and so were the two techs that did the install. The lady in the office was very pleasant over the phone too

Professional Excellent work THANK YOU BILLS SUPERHEAT!...This is the second time i have used them for Heating/AC work. First time was 2015 they installed brand new Furnace and AC with spiral duct work for my 6,400 sq ft warehouse/office. Has always worked flawlessly...very impressed because my building has terrible insulation. Last week 6/2021 they installed an AC unit for my home stacked below my furnace with exterior compressor. Everyone was very polite and professional...They had to custom make duct work which they were able to complete in one day to my amazement. I am very happy customer.

Bill and his team were informative, prompt and professional. They communicate very well and I would refer their services. They took on our heat pump and furnace service call. This was a new installation from another company originally that was wired improperly, causing us headaches. Keep Bill and his team in mind if you have any installation or service needs.
Bill's Superheat inc is very professional and caring. We had them replace our ductless system with an updated model that should give better performance with less problems. Bill was quick and efficient and I was able to work with them with some unique installation issues. The system works very well and we are very satisfied. Thank you Bill!

Bill's Superheat did annual maintenance on my furnace. Nathan showed up on time, was very professional, and did a superb job. Very happy with the work.
