Brian Cox was Awesome.
On time efficient
The folks at Bill's have replaced 4 furnaces, put a heat pump in place of another furnace, and hung a hanging heater for me in the last couple months. Mike has been very responsive in giving us bids and answering questions. The installers have been very professional (I'm afraid I can't rember all their names) and Sheryl in accounting is always a pleasure to talk to. I will be scheduling them to add an air conditioner in one building and a split to another in the coming months.
We are extremely pleased with the prompt service we received. Intermittently our furnace would not turn off at set temperature and Brian came out to assess the situation. His explanation and evaluation was appreciated. When we called the next day, Bill answered the phone and we discussed the place to begin was a new thermostat. Within an hour two technicians were at our house ~ thank you for the service!
Office staff Cheryl was great to deal with and very good on communication and explanation of the special and the services. Nathan our technician did a great job of testing equipment checking things over and installing a new part in an efficient and professional manner.
Excellent professional and timely installation. Technicians were always on time, friendly, and not too busy to answer questions. Would recommend to anyone.
