Found them to be super reasonable and signed up for their once a year program. After inspection made appt. for work to be done and decided to use them to replace our entire AC unit. The warranty they offer and the yearly program make us feel really good as homeowners!! Highly reccomend!
I had such a positive experience! Mike came out to give us a quote on installing air conditioning to our existing system and Brian followed up with maintenance visits. Both men went out of their way to provide excellent customer service, informed and thoughtful recommendations and expert technical service on our furnace. I have had many service professionals in my homes over the years and none have come close to the quality of service we received. I highly recommend Bill's Superheat.

Nathan the technician did a wonderful job in finding why my heating system broke down. He also by passed the heating elements (back up heat) to have heat in the house. I would recommend Bill's Superheat any day.
