On a weekend day in the morning when I got off night shift. I realized my furnace was not working. I was not yet a customer. But nonetheless I received an immediate call back after I left a message asking if he could help. I had contacted other companies that were unable to assist. Bill immediately came over and got my furnace running in less than an hour. He was very professional and informative. We just purchased and moved into this house a couple of months prior. I had not even signed up with a company for maintenance yet. I feel so fortunate to have found Bill's Superheat. And plan on using them in the future. It speaks volumes, the kind of attention and service you get without even being a customer. Thank you Bill, so much again for all of your assistance. You were a lifesaver.

From my first encounter with the sales team, office personnel, installation team, service, I am so very happy to have found Bill's SuperHeat and have them install a heat pump which I am very very pleased with.

Brian was efficient in finding what was ailing my furnace. He was also courteous and personable, taking time to introduce himself to my new puppy who was displaying some appropriate "stranger danger".
