Heating system installed by Bill's 2012. Since then they've been very responsive to service requests and have been exceptional in handling warranty issues.
I called multiple places when our heater went out. Bill's Superheat was the most responsive and willing to send someone out right away to look at it. They also quoted the lowest cost for response. The technician was on time and professional and was prompt getting back out with the parts needed for repair. I would definitely use them again.
I can't say enough about these guys. Not only did they show up immediately, but they also got my furnace working right away. North Rocky and Daniel were very professional and personable. These guys really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Brian was AMAZING. He was running ahead of schedule, so called for earlier appointment. He was friendly, very professional and thorough. Did a great job cleaning the gas fireplace. Would definitely recommend.
