We called Bill's Superheat after another vendor referred them to us. They are very professional and we were able to get on their schedule right away. The customer service on the phone was great and they did a great job of letting us know exactly what was included when they serviced our furnace. We'll use Bill's Superheat again.
Annual heater and fire place inspection and maintenance. We have always gotten outstanding service from Bill's. Brian Cox did a terrific job.

Bill's Superheat is competent and professional. Their work is meticulous and well done! They strive to stay current and keep up with the latest technology. If you have allergies or need a system to deal with the smoke we get in the Flathead during fire season they may be able to help you. The service component of Bill's Superheat deserves high praise indeed. However, their prices are extraordinarily high. If questioned about the cost they will tell you this is what is listed in the pricing book. What may not be taken into consideration is regional pricing. For example, people who live in NYC may find the so called "book price" very doable whereas the lower salaries of living in Montana may find pricing a stretch or even unreasonable. In a climate like Montana it's important to me to have competence. So I save money in order to use Bill's services. But I believe the costs for the average income is still very difficult.
I have had others in years past. Caught the previous in lies about the system. BILL'S have ALWAYS been honest and straight forward no matter what.
