I recently had an HVAC system and two ductless systems installed in my home. Mike, the salesman, was great to deal with and was helpful in designing systems to meet my specific needs. Josh and Bret did the installations and were there on time, pleasant to deal with, and did an excellent job. The office staff was helpful and had timely responses to any questions. The team at Bill's did a great job and I have only positive feelings about their service and the product they delivered.

I have been using Bill's Superheat for many years now. This year my furnace needed repairs. After several repairs it was decided that it was time for a new furnace. Bill graciously applied the cost of those repairs towards the new furnace. Installation went smoothly and efficiently. I just had Quinton, one of the crew, out to help me with the new digital thermostat. He could not have been more polite or helpful. New thermostat now connected to both my phone and to Bill's Superheat so that it can be monitored. So thankful for all the great and timely help and service.
Quinton was right on time and super knowledgeable and friendly as all of the people I have worked with have always been. Highly recommend!!
Service call to restore heat due to problem with electrical system that rendered the furnace fan non-functional. Initial diagnosis was potential bad boards. Technicians that came out found a loose wire which avoided the need to install new expensive boards. Appreciated the thoroughness and honesty that saved me a significant bill! Would highly recommend this company!
Friendly professional service!! Always on time! Brian adjusted and cleaned my Jotul heat stove quickly and efficiently. Bills Super Heat has the Cure, whatever the issue!! My go to place!!!

On time efficient
The folks at Bill's have replaced 4 furnaces, put a heat pump in place of another furnace, and hung a hanging heater for me in the last couple months. Mike has been very responsive in giving us bids and answering questions. The installers have been very professional (I'm afraid I can't rember all their names) and Sheryl in accounting is always a pleasure to talk to. I will be scheduling them to add an air conditioner in one building and a split to another in the coming months.
