Updated 12/11/25: Google wouldn't let me make a separate review or I would have given another 5 stars! I had an issue with my heat pump. They were quick to fix it and covered it under warranty. They sent the BEST technician named Rocky. He was incredibly knowledgeable and super nice. I highly recommend AGAIN. THANK YOU for getting me up and running so fast.
(Original review) I was so impressed by Bill's. I had Mike for sales. When he came out to give me the quote he was so professional, nice, and I felt honest. It felt like I was dealing with a friend or family. Their quote was right in the middle of the 4 quotes I received. Their customer service was ABOVE the rest! They installed my new unit within 1 week. The techs that came out were also amazing. All around more than 5 stars. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future

Monday morning (20 degees outside) I smelled that electrical burn smell. After checking around my house to find to origin, I realized it was coming from my furnace. After shutting it down and checking, I couldn't find a cause so I tried to start it up again. No luck. I called Bill's Superheat on the recommendation of a good friend. They were so gracious! Even though they were completely booked, they found a way to send out a serviceman, Andrew. He arrived and found the problem very quickly and made the necessary repairs. He also checked everything else to make sure there were no more problems. He was also willing to explain what had happened so that I could understand. Great Guy!!
From the moment I first called Bill's Superheat I was treated with respect and caring. I was told they would 'get someone out today!' even though they were booked. I would recommend them to anyone!!
Andrew also checked my electronic thermostat, which was programed incorrectly and was not working in the most efficient way. He also corrected that.
All this before 5PM!! And at a great price!
Thank you for your caring, professional manor in taking care of my problem. I am forever grateful!!
