Was given Bill's SuperHeat by a friend at a 6:30am men's breakfast and called about noon for a "by Friday appointment or sooner."
House was 50*F we'd come home from FL and the house heat would only come on for about 2 minutes & turn back off. 30 minutes later, a call from Bill's SuperHeat office, can the tech arrive in 15 minutes? He did. Cleaned sensors, filter, tested flows and all. Heats been sweet since. Thanks for the friend's referral!

Devin and Andrew were amazing. They arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem. They explained what they had done and gave us pointers on how to maintain our furnace. We absolutely would recommend Bill's Superheat!

I had an amazing experience with Spencer and Bill's Superheat! The office person was professional and easy to deal with. I had to reschedule my appointment the day before the service and they made it very easy. They communicated via text and email with reminders about the appointment the day before the service and a text when Spencer was on his way to my house. Spencer's customer service was top notch. I instantly felt like he knew what he was doing and he was going to get my system taken care of. He mentioned how much he liked working for this company. I signed up for yearly service with them knowing I am in good hands. I highly recommend.
