I haven't actually used Bills Superheat yet but I will be. The owner of the company is a customer of mine and is one of the kindest and most positive people I've ever met. The way he talks about his customers and his employees shows how much he cares. It tells me this is one of the best companies in the area.
Good shop, super nice people and they do exultant work. I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC work.

Bill's Super Heat designed and installed our HVAC system in the new KGEZ building on 1st Avenue East. The system runs so smoothly that we aren't even aware of it...except that, year-round, we're comfortable. Their twice-a-year service is thorough and professional and the final element in keeping us healthy and comfortable.
The staff at Bill's did a temporary fix that enabled us to have heat while waiting for parts. They contacted us several times to inform us of our time table. When parts were available they communicated every step of the process. Installation was quick and professional.
Had my furnace go out unexpectedly in winter. They came out quickly and got it done fast. Reasonable pricing compared to over priced competitors.
