They are T-H-E BEST. Been with them for some 15-20 years. They bend over backwards to help you. I needed a new furnance one time and Bill went out and bought several space heaters and put them in our house to keep us warm until the furnance arrived!!! Service calls are fast and done right and have never had to call them back after any service call. They do it right.????

Bill's Superheat does a great job for its customers. I have had Brian as my tech several times, and he is indeed super! He is professional, knows what he is doing, and does not treat me and my jobs like we are just another stop. He really makes sure everything is working well and he treats me kindly. I really appreciate the excellent service!

Just had Brian out again for my maintenance work, and he was, as always, so conscientious in his work. He is very thorough and is careful to treat his customers the way he wants to be treated.

Bill's superheat has the best customer service I have seen in years from a company. They are prompt and very friendly, so easy to work with. They installed a new furnace for me and I could not be pleased. Please consider calling Bill's superheat if you have any heating issues. My old furnace quit and I had a new furnace in 5 days. These guys are the best!!!!

Workers came out to level my compressor and to service my heat pump. They were friendly, and went the extra mile to do a good job on leveling out the compressor with pavers. After they finished the service they took time to go over the results with me.

Bill's Suhperheat have been involved in our family's heating challenges for several years now. Bill and Lisa went out of their way to support us through a difficult insurance claim, fixed our heating system as if it were on their own home with an awesome sense of urgency and have supported us ever since.

Even when another issue came about, they handled it in a excellently professional manner, communicate well and again - made us feel like a priority. Bill was monitoring out thermostat remotely and sent us updates in the middle of the night, just as a reference point of what kind of services you will receive here.

Bill and his employees are some of the best out there. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Libby Mitsubishi installer and have nothing nice to say so I will move on and talk about my experience with bill and his team. Bill went out of his way to help me get parts for my system that went down even though he doesn't service my area. Fair prices but more importantly great customer service and an all around great guy. Wish they would start a satellite office in Libby to service Lincoln county as we don't have a trustworthy Mitsubishi installer .

I recently switched to Bill's Superheat for maintenance and revisions to our HVAC system on our relatively new custom home from the contractor that designed and installed the system. It is a relatively complex system with lake geothermal supplemented by a propane fired boiler, and has never really worked properly since construction. Daniel Frownfelter and Rocky are recent additions to Bill's Superheat and very knowledgeable on geothermal systems. Bill himself has been instrumental and committed in bringing us on board.

Bill's has been very responsive to calls and requests including a break-in request during -25 F coldsnap when one radiant zone was not heating. Their communications are excellent including automated text messages when a technician is en route. Their electronic billing system is also excellent as is the detailed service reports on every visit. I highly recommend Bill's Superheat.
