ALWAYS STRIVING FOR PERFECTION, AND IF THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN, BILL'S SUPERHEAT WILL TRY THEIR HARDEST TO MAKE IT RIGHT.
June 2017 to early 2022 I wasted a huge amount of money with many different HVAC companies regarding a very loud, troubled & dying furnace in a 1970 mobile home. BILL'S SUPERHEAT was the last of those companies early 2022. Nathan had arrived and did a thorough inspection and then told me … basically … I needed a new furnace but then followed that bad news with, it was all going to be covered by LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program thru Community Action Partnership of Northwest Montana). I seriously thought he was joking and it was a cruel joke … it wasn't, therefore I cried and was overwhelmed but then so relieved! FINALLY … someone who cared and had the knowledge, power and ability to recognize that there truly was a non-fixable problem with the furnace and to get it taken care the best/quickest way possible that worked for me and my situation. Nathan was very friendly and patient with me and that is hard to do with me most the time so I give him a ton of credit for that awesome ability. He is such an asset to Bill's Superheat.

Long story short … the furnace was installed, there were some bumps in the road from installation date in early 2022 until now, August 2023, but I have to say the furnace is working great… it is awesome and Bill's Superheat as a whole did what it took to make it all happen! However, the reason I am writing this review now, that is long overdue, is because another "miracle" happened from Bill's Superheat, this time involving Lisa (office manager) and tech Brian.

Smoke from wildfires burning close by are leaking into my mobile home and causing me troubles. In addition to the uncomfortable feeling and smell like I've been sitting at a campfire, I have had issues, especially at night, struggling to breathe while sleeping/laying down, sore and swollen throat, coughing, stuffy nose and itchy watery eyes. In researching ways to help with this, one thing led to another and in the end, the only thing I could come up with that worked best for me was in addition to my window air conditioner also run the fan only on my furnace with more expensive better smoke filtering air filters installed BUT the fan only option would not work. I communicated with BILL'S SUPERHEAT again, looking for answers or ideas why this furnace would not operate on "fan only" like so many others had for me in the past, and how can I make it work. In the morning I talked to Lisa who was very friendly, patient, understanding and eager to help me; and she sent Brian out to help me that same day about noon time. It was a simple issue, procedure and fix, the furnace fan only wire when installed by Bill's was never connected to the thermostat … Brian started to tell me what was wrong and what I needed to do… and then he went to his truck, got some wire, came back in and had it all attached and working in minutes. I appreciate their quick service call and not being billed for it.

Hopefully my only furnace/HVAC Company I will ever have to deal with again in the future if ever need be.
