Technician Andrew showed up for our appointment right on time. He was polite and very pleasant. He explained what he would be doing and performed a very detailed and comprehensive check of our system. As has been our experience with all of our interactions this one was very positive. We are more than happy to recommend Bill's Superheat for any HVAC needs.

We had a slight problem with our furnace. A Bill's Superheat employee came out a few days after we called them for help. We are very happy with their service. They return calls, show up on time and are very professional and easy to deal with. We recommend Bill's Super Heat to anyone with furnace problems. And if we have another problem we will use their service.
Every time I deal with Bills superheat the people are amazing. We just had a minisplit put in and J1 & J2 were so polite and showed me how to work the unit. I will never use anyone else.
