Highly recommend Bill's Superheat! They are extremely professional, courteous, and punctual, and stand behind their work! Installed a two mini split system for our home and have provided great follow up care and service. Our service technician, Jacob, answered all my questions while servicing our units, was punctual and left the equipment and our home clean.
I want to thank your excellent employee, Spencer, who visited my home, did a maintenance check of my heating system, including changing my filter and completed a maintenance assessment/check of my air conditioning system! He was very helpful and thorough, willing to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. I really appreciated his checkup of both my Trane systems and his professionalism!!
