Our heater wasn't working properly and we have small children. I called Bill's Superheat and have no doubt they were already really busy but Bill sounded very concerned when I told them how cold the house had gotten and that we had children. Bill kept me on the phone until he could find a technician that could come to our house. Brian came in just a couple of hours, was very polite and understanding, and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes! I will recommend Bill's to anyone needing heating or cooling services!

Power outages caused the fan in my heat exchange furnace to fail. Plumb Rite technician who'd purged my water heater recommended Bill's. I called on a Friday evening, had a VM within an hour, and, in spite of the heavy workload with recent power outages, had a technician in to replace the capacitor, thus fixing the fan, within 10 days.
