I have used Bill's Superheat for years and am very pleased. They installed my mini split system and do annual maintenance. They are knowledgeable and professional. All of their staff, from service men to office staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. I have recommended them to my neighbor who had a previous service and they love Bills as well! Highly recommended! Also competitive prices.

Rodents had nested in our ductless heat/AC lines and damaged the insulation. Bills Superheat recommended that his technicians inspect for damage to wiring and other elements and re-insulate the lines. During an unprecedented heat wave I understood the challenge dispatching technicians to address this and Bill kept me informed that my issue was still in his queue and I assured him the system appeared to be functioning normally. His crew arrived, addressed the problem and sealed the system to prevent any further occurrence of the issue.
